basic caloire intake(BCI):
divide weight by 2.21 the multiply by 24.

sediatry- .3 x BCI
light activity- .5 X BCI
moderate activity- .75 x BCI
strenuous activity- 1.00 x BCI

Three types of Food:
Protein- 4.5 Cal. 12%-15% of your diet. least required. 2 eggs will give you your serving.

Carbohydrates- 4.5 Cal. 50%-60% of your diet. Rice is the most common form. Two types of carbohydrates: simple and complex sugars.

Fats- 9.0 Cal. Two types of fats. Saturated and Unsaturated. Unsaturated Fats are better for you. Saturated fats taste better and cheaper to make. 30%-35% of your diet.

Increase vitamin C in take helps you lose weight faster if on diet.

Only 30% of people in West Ga graduate with a college degree. Stress along with having no friends is responsible for dropping out.
